Main story events are large-scale stories that affect society as a whole.
Event quests are mod-run, scheduled sessions within the event that push the story forward.
Each new event will start a new version, beginning from 1.0.
Continuance events are large-scale but not society-affecting environments, typically seasonal and SOL, that provide a break after main story events.
Continuance quests are mod-or-member-run, scheduled sessions within the event intended to build comradery.
Continuance events will iterate each version by .1.
Quests are member-run, scheduled sessions with a limited cast chosen by the member DM.
Mods may request or enforce limitations on player casts in order to ensure equal opportunity for participation between players.
If players are chosen for a quest, they are responsible for making best-efforts to be present, available, and focused, and alert DMs in as timely a manner as possible if extraneous circumstances arise.
Players who consistently fail to do so may be de-prioritized for future quests.
DMs are asked to notify their casts at least 48 hours in advance.
DMs are responsible for:
Mods are responsible for approving the outline and cast.

> how to run a quest.
Character quests are a subset of normal quests that focus on a specific player character or NPC.
These quests are mostly exempt from mod intervention about player cast, regardless of quest playtime distribution.
Each character is only allowed 1 character quest line.
Their character quest line may be rerun or iterated, but they must have some similarity.
Character quests may not be run back-to-back with other character quests. At least 1 normal quest buffer is required.
If issues arise, these guidelines may be modified.
